Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Administrative and Sales Support Person to join our team! Entry level position that is hourly with bonuses. Paid holidays and vacation after 3 months and 1 year respectively. You will be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Communication with potential and existing clients, vendors, insurance companies and including but not limited to any party involved in the deal process or follow up via phone and email
  • Pulling Credit
  • Supporting sales and operations with performing activities related to prospecting, selling, documentation and funding a transaction.
  • Run Reports
  • General office duties

Qualifications: experience welcome but no experience needed; will train the right individual

  • Strong work ethic
  • Computer and typing skills (a must)
  • Proficient in Office 365
