Job Description

To Work in a Residential Real Estate Appraisal office as Secretarial/ Reception/Scheduler. Assist in the completion of Residential Home Appraisals. This includes entering information into Appraisal Reports, Scheduling appointments for Real Estate Appraisal Inspections, Answering the phone. The applicant will be fully trained by the current Assistant who is Retiring after 20 Years.

We are seeking an Office Manager Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Manage organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Assist in completing residential home appraisals

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer base skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
