The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of performing accounting administrative functions, be able to multi task, and have a skill set that pays attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining confidentiality. The individual must be comfortable working with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, must have excellent organizational and customer service skills, both internal and external. The Accounting Assistant will assist in the various stages of general ledger, revenue, accounts payable, and payroll. The Accounting Assistant role requires a Bachelors Degree, well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word). It will be extremely helpful to have experience with Great Plains and ReQlogic.
