The Supervisor, Account Operations is responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of the Account Operations team. Key tasks include: managing controls, including investigating control failures, analyzing root cause and ensuring compliance with ACA Policy, Procedures, and associated Exhibits

+ Ensuring accuracy of Account Operation transactions through internal control activities.
+ Perform direct investigations to determine root cause of control failures and accurate disposition.
+ Work with other cross functional teams to identify and implement solutions for external or internal requests such as new reports, data quality improvements, and processes improvements.
+ Represent the Account Operations team at cross-functional working groups (internal and external) and function as a liaison as required.
+ Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and communicate next steps as required.
+ Run ad hoc reporting, as required.
+ Completes, passes, and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required training by assigned due date(s).
+ Provide process improvement recommendations, as applicable.
+ Provides customers (internal and external) a positive customer experience.
+ Participates as an Account Operations subject matter expert in special projects and assignments.
+ All other duties as assigned.
+ Advanced proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) as well as internet navigation
+ Familiarity with running basic SQL queries
+ Communicates clearly and concisely with cross functional team member at all levels (verbal and written)
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Works well with cross functional teams
+ Desire to learn and grow skills set
+ Excellent analytical skills, strong sense of organization, detailed oriented
+ Experience with Account Operations and basic knowledge of accounting systems
+ A thorough understanding of the auto account lifecycle

+ Self-motivated, self-starter
+ Previous Sub Prime market experience preferred, not required
+ Document management system experience preferred, not required
This position will supervise a team of Customer Advocates on the Account Operations team.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
This position will not require travel.
