Dispatch/Administrative Assistant

HVAC co. needs someone who can multi-task, work in fast-paced office, detail-oriented, great organizational skills, willing to learn & extremely dependable. MUST have strong problem solving skills. Will answer multi-line phones, take messages, call customers & schedule HVAC appts., assist with other office duties. Great penmanship, good grammar & great communication skills. Prior customer service/dispatch is preferred. Prior construction/HVAC experience a plus. Computer skills required, Word & Excel. Access. QuickBooks exp. a plus. Will work Monday through Friday 7:45AM to 5:00PM with some OT and some Saturday's.
