We are a fast-growing California-based company specializing in wholesale kitchen countertops, and we are in need of an experienced Account Executive (Field Sales) to help us establish a foothold on the East Coast, specifically in NJ, NY, MD, DE, CT, and MA. What you can expect to be doing:
§ Assist marketing team in selling countertop materials of the highest quality in the industry!
§ Establishing and growing our sales revenues through pro-active outreach to potential and existing clients. This includes cold calling, networking, and in-person site visits. You can expect to be on the road more than 50% of the time.
§ Identifying new sales opportunities and following up with potential leads, while networking with existing sales executives in California to leverage contacts.
§ Creating and delivering sales presentations, speaking to our product’s advantages and how we compare to others in the market.
§ Skillfully establishing and maintaining long term relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
§ Conducting sales negotiations, and liaising with head office regarding contracts and other service agreements.
§ Keeping accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
What you bring:
§ Approximately 2 years of demonstrated achievements in outside sales.
§ Demonstrated experience in working with CRMs.
§ Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
§ Education/College degree not required!
We are interested in those who have previous experience in real estate, construction sales, or wholesale distribution of kitchen countertops or in working with fabricators of kitchen and bathroom countertops.
We offer an uncapped commission in addition to a base salary and expense reimbursement. After 3 months, employees are eligible for 100% health and dental coverage (25% for dependents) and, after 6 months access to a 401K retirement plan with 3% employer matching. You can expect stability and growth, and an opportunity to significantly grow your career.
