We are currently seeking a Training Curriculum Development Specialist for a proposal effort, to support a government client in Washington, DC.

+ Implement and maintain a comprehensive program to provide the IAS/IPP user community with training to perform their IAS/IPP role-based duties, including the following responsibilities:
+ IAS/IPP Training Management Plan - Develop, maintain and execute plan that contains both current year and future year plans.
+ Continuous Improvement within the IAS Training Program - Identify and incorporate industry best practices and changing technologies, needs of user community, and provide recommendations for establishing additional training offerings via "distance" learning technology
+ Manage and maintain IAS Training environment - Create student accounts, load data necessary for students to be able to process transactions.
+ Update curriculum (existing classroom and self-paced courses) to account for changes to IAS, information obtained from previous classes, and input from the IAS Help Desk.
+ Maintain an inventory of IAS training sites, liaison with training sites, maintain demographic information on the potential audiences of each site, and research and negotiate with USDA facilities to add new training sites.
+ Develop and execute communication program

+ Bachelors degree of greater, in a related field
+ 4+ years of experience in training curriculum development and management
+ Ability to obtain a US government security clearance, US citizenship required
