Qualifications? Experience working as a Sous Chef or Chef in a fast-paced, high volume restaurants and leading a large team. Full time flexibility and availability is required. Ability to work well under pressure, while quickly finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution. Ability to lead, train and develop a team.
