Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for candidates with a strong operations background in a sales, finance, or technical capacity. In this role, you will own business insights, performance management, and systems/tools for all technical teams within the AWS Partner organization in the US. Candidates will need to have strong analytical skills to perform business impact analysis, goals performance measurement, system architecture and development, and tool administration for end-users. The right candidate will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into cross-team collaboration to enhance business systems, build the foundation for new programs, and drive field execution and organization.
You must be highly passionate about the potential of cloud computing, building the world's best partner community, and delivering the right data to support it. Given the rapid growth and changing characteristics of the AWS partner community, you must have a history of taking calculated risks and introducing forward-thinking initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with data warehouses, data visualization/BI tools, and Salesforce is preferred. Strong program/project management experience, in addition to a solid background in operations and associated systems is required.
