This job is perfect for an experienced digital account manager and/or technician behind the scenes who is interested in leaving a digital marketing firm to go “in-house.” We are savvy in digital marketing and looking for like-minded team members who are obsessed with digital marketing and lead generation to help our brands dominate the digital space in our markets! The position is focused on driving leads from various digital channels into lead and nurture funnels for our real estate and law firm brands and also increasing conversions in existing campaigns. This position is perfect for growth-minded marketing sponges who have a track record of running successful digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, IG, GMB, remarketing, retargeting, etc.) and have a passion for reaching their potential as a team player. You MUST have experience, a record of success, and the ability to execute plans and make sure they perform within budget.

The campaigns are focused and committed to growing our digital presence online. We believe in finding the best of the best in each channel and focus our efforts on measurable ROI when reviewing vendor performance. We work with outside vendors in all digital spaces and need in-house assistance to help design and execute online campaigns with our vendors.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Managing social media accounts and multiple GMB profiles (currently Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Vimeo, YouTube) for 5 public client channels whose audiences make up legal services and real- estate community.
  • Expanding audiences across our social channels by attracting new followers and transforming current followers into brand advocates
  • Growing our social presence to new platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms)
  • Devising unique and creative social media campaigns to drive value while aligning with the voice of our brands.
  • Identifying and developing partnerships with like-minded brands to drive customer acquisition while engaging the current community
  • Oversee and manage planning, content calendars, reporting, and optimizations across all social channels’ performance against goals.
  • Analyzing social media performance for the firm and in relation to key competitors.
  • Managing cross-platform paid campaigns and compile relevant social media analytics.
  • Working closely with the Director of Marketing Operations on outreach & partnership initiatives related to our clients and the community for lead generation.

Qualifications for Consideration:
  • 2+ years working in social media and/or digital marketing.
  • Experience leading social media campaigns and content development.
  • Experience managing and promoting GMB profiles.
  • Experience with e-commerce tools and metrics.
  • Proficient in managing large budget PPC campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and writing skills for social media; provide samples of previous work.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize major digital and social media marketing programs.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Expert understanding of how brands should participate in social media in an authentic way; understand social and meme culture and how to credibly work within it on behalf of our brands.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO trends and standards.
  • Experienced and proficient in video editing (i.e., text layover and video edits).
  • Talented in designing creatives for social media campaigns.
  • Decisive, analytical, and highly data-driven.
  • Social media junkie familiar with measuring ROI in dashboards.
  • Confident tracking of campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Extremely organized
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms like Active Campaign.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Active Campaign Email Marketing, CRMs, etc.
  • Must be a positive, problem solver that takes initiative and direction well.
  • Must be an idea factory, always coming up with new ways to keep content fresh.
