Job Description

 

Altus Receivables Management is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented leader to help manage our rapidly growing 3rd Party collections Department and our First Party Outsourcing teams.

Description:

The Call Center Manager is responsible for supporting and managing Altus’ First Party and Third Party production and performance metrics.  The manager would oversee operations of the collections staff while including workforce management, and implementing various initiatives for improved efficiency and performance.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team agents
  • Coordinate, direct, and oversee daily activities of assigned team
  • Develop and implement an operational plan to ensure outlined project goals and targets are met
  • Service escalated calls when necessary
  • Monitor and review individual and team performance. Success is based on the performance of the team and the overall success of the project
  •  Monitor calls to observe agent performance and behavior -provide feedback as required
  • Monitor and analyze the productivity of agents
  • Field questions from team members and possibly clients
  • Provide coaching and development feedback to agents and team
  • Ensure all client requirements are met
  • Produce and review agent and team production reports
  • Communicate directly with Client as directed by management
  • Monitor email and voice mail to ensure all communications are up to date
  •  Train, motivate, develop and reward Account Receivables Specialists
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
  •  Assist with the interviewing and recruiting process
  • Issues corrective action/termination as necessary
  • Motivates staff and maintains a team atmosphere

Miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualification Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • SalesForce.com Experience Preferred
  • LiveVox (or similar dialer service) Experience Preferred
  • 2 years of experience as a Credit or A/R manager
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to facilitate operational change if needed to fulfill internal or customer needs
  • Ability work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist where required in meeting critical deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Capable of analyzing Performance metrics
  • Manage by Walking Around (MBWA)
