We are looking for a Salaried Real Estate Broker - Team Leader in Chicago to serve as an agent and team leader in Illinois for


  • Guide and mentor a team of 7-10 Concierge Real Estate Agents

  • Ensure team members adhere to standard operating procedures and sales process, resulting in exceptional client experience

  • Redistribute clients between team members as needed

  • Support team members in skill development and general real estate practice

  • Manage a steady stream of prospective clients via phone and the app

  • Provide expert advice for clients and team members regarding local housing markets

  • Conduct pre-scheduled home showings & client follow up utilizing the technology and methodology

  • Assist clients in the buying and selling process, including but not limited to: writing offers, negotiating contracts, contract to close activities and successful closings

  • Hours may vary and can include evenings and weekends


You have...

  • Real estate license and experience in the field

  • Management, team leadership or coaching experience

  • Experience working in high volume, fast paced environment

  • Experience working with the latest technology applications

  • Ability to determine client needs and preferences

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suites

  • Familiarity with Chicago real estate market trends and statistics
