Due to our territory growth and the increased demand of our client base, AO is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to help lead our Minneapolis team.
As a Client Success Manager you are the driving force behind AO’s customer experience and leadership development initiatives. This is a high-visibility role that requires cross-collaboration with our Regional Leadership Team, upline Managers and Sales Associates, as well as direct interaction with our client base.
In this role you will be responsible for producing company growth and developing internal talent, as well as ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our client base through individual, in-person consultations.
Daily objectives will center on meeting with clients, processing client requests and training new associates on key business functions including but not limited to: front-end activity, client
consultation, compliance regulations, and how to deliver win-win opportunities for all parties.
● Serve as the key liaison between producers, clients and the company to drive sales goals and team members’ personal success
● Effectively utilize the full range of resources we provide to meet clients’ needs
● Develop and continually improve your team’s product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence through hands-on training and prolonged mentorship
● Plan, lead, and execute on high volume revenue generating activities
● Ensure team has sufficient knowledge of business operations, client solutions, and industry regulations
● Participate in the interview process and selection of new associates
