Description

The Accounting Clerk supports the team by processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and cash transactions, and general ledger transactions.

  • Category: Full time hourly
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm
  • Salaries based on experience

 

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable
  • Prepare and mail invoices
  • Process accounts receivable
  • Contact customers for collections
  • Prepare financial reports when requested
  • Assist with month-end close
  • File and collate
  • Maintain records
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as required

 

Requirements

  • Professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Administrative and/or clerical experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
