Under the direction of the VP of Clinical Operations, the Client Service Specialist will bridge the gap between service delivery and patient care. This role will work closely with Clinical Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources to ensure the successful onboarding of new employees and new business

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Credential providers efficiently and effectively within designated Senior Care Communities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Manage incoming calls and direct needs as appropriate
  • Maintain an active roster of assignments and  designated support
  • Maintain organization of provider, building, and contact records
  • Assist with other various tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service,  or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
