-Purchase, Refinance, Fannie/Freddie/FHA/VA,  Jumbo, Bank statement, Stated Income, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, low fico, commercial, hard money, down payment assistance, DSCR, and Fix and Flip.

-Client relations managers, weekly training webinars (optional).

-Structuring, pricing, income calculation, pre-qualification assistance.

-Priority rate lock assistance.

1. Price out your scenario and choose from over 90 lenders, using Optimal Blue, to find the best rate in the nation!

2. Prepare your loan submission

3. Processing will prepare and send out disclosures, open title/escrow, order the appraisal, submit the file to underwriting

5. Work the conditions with Processing and your borrower

6. Help walk your borrower through the closing

7. Close
