The Role

As the Maintenance Technician at Alsana, you will maintain proper and safe conditions for Alsana buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and repair services for facility
• Maintains the lawn and landscape for all Alsana program sites
• Work with all facility vendors for services such as, but not limited to, pool cleaning, waste removal, irrigation system and septic system
• Maintains open communication and provides constructive feedback to team members in order to ensure the facility's continuous provision of quality care
• Demonstrates professional conduct, concern, respect and compassion toward all residents, families, co-workers and the public, as a representative of Alsana
• Participates in, contributes to, and initiates facility improvement activities
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior maintenance experience preferred
