The Role

As the Lead Client Care Coordinator at Alsana, you will provide leadership to the Direct Care staff and assist in primary protective oversight of Alsana clients in the absence of or in cooperation with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Provides the "hands-on" training for DC new hires and on-going direct care training and development, including assessments of direct care knowledge or emergency procedures
• Assist program director in behavioral interventions with clients, clinical issues, and implementing corrective actions
• Serve as a liaison between the program coordinator, program director, clinicians, direct care staff, and clients
• Attend and co-facilitate monthly DC meeting
• In Coordination with the Program Director and/or Program Coordinator, support client transition between levels of care
• Act as Primary contact for DC new hires and on-going training & development, including assessments of direct care knowledge and emergency procedures
• Implement and communicate all emergency protocols
• Assists with assigned administrative
• Assists with apartment, room, vehicle checks, belongings inventory, NCO, welcomes new clients into the milieu
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma but associates degree is preferred
• 1+ years mental health experience
• Certified Medical Technician, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Professional Nurse preferred
• CPR Certified
• Some supervisory experience preferred

Compensation

Range is $20-22 Per Hour
