Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and supporting marketing programs and sales teams
• Basic customer service, phones, potential to dabble in sales as well
• Support experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the clients' brands
• Work directly with customers in assisting with back-end sales
• Collaborate with team to support exposure for client products

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service is great, but not a requirement (server, retail, and sales experience is a solid foundation)
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude and strong desire for potential long-term upward mobility (career-minded)
