We are looking for an energetic, friendly, self-driven Customer Service Rep (CSR) to work at our AlphaGrahics Chantilly (www.alphagraphicschantilly.com) center. Your key responsibility will be to directly interact with and manage order entries for our key clients through phone, emails as well as occasional face to face when clients visit our center.

We are looking for someone who is pro-active, self driven and always at ease to speak, call or interact with clients. This is a highly interactive job and therefore it requires someone to be extrovert, outward looking, not shy to pick up a conversation, always energetic and interactive.

You will primarily be responsible to key-in job requests, confirm job orders and prepare work orders using our own proprietary software. Also it requires to respond to clients promptly when they are expecting a follow up or status of orders that they have placed. Hence, the job also requires someone to be very methodical, organized and detail oriented to ensure client requests are accurately captured, tracked and presented to the production team.

Also this is a fast paced environment where every day brings a new challenge. So, it requires energy and excitement in order to be successful.

Responsibilities :

  • Receive in a friendly manner, daily queries from clients (new or existing) coming through phone calls, emails and occasional walk-ins.
  • Enter job requests in our ordering system, reconfirm orders if needed and then submit work orders to the production team.
  • Promptly respond and provide answers to queries coming from clients.
  • Be highly responsive to customer inquiries.
  • Assist clients with the resolution of any problems that may arise.
Requirements

  • MUST - Politeness, friendliness and courteous.
  • Detail oriented, methodical in capturing job requests and converting them to work orders.
  • Computer literate - we have our own proprietary software that the job holder will be trained on.
  • Energetic, positive and engaging.
  • Be able to articulate and communicate in a clear, simple and caring way - both verbal and written.
Prior knowledge in Printing will be an added advantage but we welcome anyone who is good with people, willing work in the "front line" to create and nurture client relationships and be computer literate.

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent
  • Computer literate.
Preferred Experience:

  • Printing or printing related work experience.
Required Experience:

  • Client Relations: at least 1 year in client facing environment.
