$15+/hour plus paid time off, holidays, and bonuses
Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM means you are free on nights and weekends
We are actively seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing company. As a CSR, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and in person to help out our sales team in providing great experiences and results for our customers.

Work effectively as a self-starter and reliable team player
Learn our business so you can provide valuable information and support
Serve as a primary internal representative of the organization
Convey to the customer a sense of expertise in products, services and capabilitie
Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Confer with customers by telephone, email or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
Offer customers new or additional services or products to help their business

What you'll need to be successful:
Ability to learn
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, web browser navigation, and managing files and records
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Ability to speak to others to convey information effectively
Desire to look for ways to help people
Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
Critical Thinking skills using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
