Entry-level Client Representative
Alpha Marketing Strategies is looking to fill an Entry-level Client Representative position, and is one of the most important roles in our company. Someone in this position would receive hands-on, individualized training in each division of the position. We have found that candidates that have worked in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service based positions have an easy transition into this role. Candidates with these experiences have innate people skills and thrive in our fast paced environment. Since Alpha Marketing Strategies is rapidly expanding we are looking for someone that is looking for a career where there is room for growth and training opportunities for management.
Responsibilities:
- After training is complete - Knowledge of all clients’ services that are offered
- Learn customer service techniques
- Provide each customer and client with excellent customer service
- Build positive relationships with each client and customer
- Meeting the needs of our clients with integrity
- Understand marketing trends and the needs of our clients
Our Client Representatives are trained in the following:
- Marketing trends and strategies
- Advertising and campaign management
- Interpersonal skills development
- Small-Scale Management
- Motivational Speaking
Job Requirements:
- 2 or 4 year college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- EXCELLENT communication skills
- Entrepreneur mindset (we aren’t looking to just hire another employee)
- Ability to prioritize and execute with minimal supervision
- Team Player
- Leadership exposure or the desire to develop leadership skills
