Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to assist the Founder.


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments, meetings and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems
  • Organize and coordinate multiple projects
  • Assist in development
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Perform all other office tasks


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Self-motivated and able to have flexibility in scheduling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Be familiar with multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to use multiple computer programs on both Mac and PC
