Job Summary: Responsible for managing and supervising the Collections Department team. Ensures that all applicable regulations and laws are adhered to. Key objectives will be to consistently maintain delinquency ratios and credit losses at or below peer and industry benchmarks.

Responsible for taking lead role on all collection activity pertaining to commercial loans and their business entities and personal guarantors. Provides necessary operational support to other departments in the lending division.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Five (5) years' experience in collections, special assets, loan recovery or a related field in a financial institution.

Three (3) years' experience in a managerial position involving direct supervision of staff members. Proficient knowledge of all applicable regulations including Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), CFPB, NCUA, and all other... state and federal laws.
