EVENT CAPTAIN

Responsible for efficient execution & event operations, including client and venue care, and the management of vendors. Responsibilities include management of setup/breakdown; directing staff/vendors; working to ensure all elements are brought to event site; being a resource for the client, event coordinator, property manager; overseeing staff to ensure quality of service, efficiency, & anticipation of client needs; managing evaluations of the event/staff.


BARISTA

Baristasplay key roles in delivering WOW through exceptional client service and successful execution. Working independently, baristas are trusted to provide excellent drinks and customer service for guests and customers. Works both indoors and outdoors depending on the event venue.


BARTENDER

Aloha Hospitality Professionals' Event Servers play a key role in delivering WOW through exceptional client service and successful event execution. Working closely with event managers, captains, and event production specialists, servers will be setting up tables, linens, china and glassware; serving food and beverages; and take down. Works both indoors and outdoors depending on the event venue.


FOOD RUNNER

Aloha Hospitality Professionals' Food Runners support the serving staff in ensuring that the guest's meals are brought to the table in a timely manner. With support from our food runner staff, our servers are able to focus their energy and time directly on the guests we are serving.


EVENT SERVER

Aloha Hospitality Professionals' Event Servers play a key role in delivering WOW through exceptional client service and successful event execution. Working closely with event managers, captains, and event production specialists, servers will be setting up tables, linens, china and glassware; serving food and beverages; and take down. Works both indoors and outdoors depending on the event venue.


CHEF ASSISTANT

From staging, plating, and basic food prep, Chef Assistants use deep knowledge of food preparation and cooking to assist event chefs in preparing exceptional meals for guests. Chef Assistants also ensure the kitchen work space is clean and tidy and provide support where needed under direct supervision of the head chef.


SHORT ORDER COOKS

Short-order cooks use their knowledge of food preparation and cooking to assist chefs in preparing exceptional meals. Cooks ensure the kitchen work space is clean and tidy and provide support where needed under direct supervision of the head chef. Cooks are experienced and motivated to provide meals in short order and under pressure.


BARBACK / RESTOCK

Aloha Hospitality Professionals' Barback/Restock staff are the backbone of a smooth and well-maintained bar. They assist the bartenders in the setup, chilling of beverages, replenishing of stock, and cleanup. Aloha Hospitality Professionals' barback/restock staff are trained and well-versed in serving beer and wine.


BUSSER

Aloha Hospitality Professionals' busser is tasked with setting and clearing guests table settings, assisting event servers, and ensuring the overall experience of each guest is delivered with WOW service!


DELIVERY DRIVER

Hospitality Drivers are responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of all items along predetermined routes.Hospitality Drivers complete deliveries of prepackaged and prepared meals, food, floral arrangements, and offercourier service. DriversprovideAloha and WOW through service!


EVENT SETUP AND BREAKDOWN

The Event Setup and Breakdown crews are responsible for setting up various aspects of our events, including buffets, bars, and guest seating. This position may also be responsible for handling final details such as polishing glassware, dinnerware, flatware, and napkin presentation, ensuring the table presentation meets our high standards of quality. Aloha Hospitality Professionals' event set up and breakdown crews will remove equipment in a professional and timely manner from the event site.


BRAND AMBASSADOR

From festivals, promotional events, trade shows, sporting events, conventions, samplings, nightlife events to new product demonstrations, Brand Ambassadors use strong product knowledge and face-to-face interaction to give our customers exceptional personable experiences. Activities may include participation in campaigns or trade shows as a spokesperson, distribution of promotional materials, networking, and show and tell demonstrations on how to use products.


REGISTRATION ASSISTANT

As the critical first impression for events, Registration Assistants are responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, answering questions, directing, and tending to every need, check ins and registrations, providing promotional materials, booth support, etc.


CONVENTION CENTER SERVICES

As the critical first impression to convention center events, Convention Center Services are responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, answering questions, directing, and tending to every need, conducting check ins and registrations, providing promotional materials, booth support, etc.


DISHWASHER / KITCHEN CLEANUP

Dishwasher/Kitchen Cleanup experts handle equipment disbursement and collection to coordinate adequate quantities. Professionals will ensure minimal damage and loss of rental equipment. In addition, these experts will handle all the logistics in the prep tent and work closely with servers to coordinate coffee brewing, dish disposal, trash removal, and the overall cleanliness of the event prep area.


WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

The AHP warehouse assistant will support the warehouse manager in making daily equipment and supply pulls for various daily events.
