Almond Oil Company is looking for one full-time Administrative Assistant with excellent problem solving skills and a positive attitude. This is an entry-level position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company. The assistant will help with dispatching, accounting, and/or inventory. Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Posting accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Entering purchase orders and sales orders
- Verifying and posting bill of ladings
- Maintaining customer, vendor, and truck files
- Filing, answering phones and assisting customers, as needed
Experience with dispatching and/or accounting is helpful. Rate of pay is based upon experience, and benefits are available after sixty days.
