Office Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator

We are hiring a Office Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator for a 2-3 month contract position with the possibility of an extension. Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Pay is $19.50 to $20.50 DOE.

Main job duties:

  • Set up/administer Kenexa Assessment Testing
  • Coordinate Physical Abilities Testing
  • Process Background Checks and Driving records
  • Post Job Announcements both internally & externally
  • Submit Applicant Regret Letters through NeoGov
  • Prepare New Hire Offer Letter and submit Employee Notification
  • Close out Recruitment files
  • Create, maintain and manage records and documents for employee data transactions such as hires, terminations, employee discipline, benefits
  • Filing
  • Process term files
  • Manages Employment Verifications both verbal and written.
  • Reconciles and codes vendor invoices
  • Provides Receptionist back and break relief
  • In October, setting up a scheduled conference room for flu shots

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Superb customer service to attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize and manage their time
  • Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
