You’re probably wondering a little more about what we need, so here it is:

  • Prior office administrative experience (Required)
  • Prior experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
  • Prior experience working in financial advisory industry (Preferred)
  • High school diploma (Required)
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoys building relationships and working with people

Want some more specifics? If you join the Almega Group team, here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and check voicemail
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and events with clients via phone and email
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Sort and handle mail and invoices
  • Send out thank you cards, birthday cards, and new client cookies
  • Data entry of client information into the CRM system
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for financial advisors
  • Take inventory and order office supplies
  • Call and follow up with seminar attendees and clients
  • Help plan seminars and assist as needed
  • Clean and prep meeting rooms for visits and light office upkeep
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients
  • All other duties as assigned

This job will be full-time in person M-F during business hours. Eight to twelve weeknights per year from 4-8:30pm and three to six Saturdays from 10am-5pm will be spent assisting with financial seminars. Time off or OT will be given during those weeks.
