We are looking for a highly-motivated person to support our team. If you thrive on being responsible for a variety of tasks for the Customer Service Department and Accounts Management then you are the right candidate for us.

Your customer service responsibilities are maintaining customer relationships, following up on memberships and orders, following up with customers on orders,customer acquisition, answer inquiries and questions, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

  • Educate and empower our customers to get better at customer support

  • Become an expert on product features, membership and capabilities

  • Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate internal channel

  • Help to develop the customer support profession through sharing knowledge, contributing, experimenting with new innovations and discussing best practices.

  • Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing amazing, personal customer support.

  • Respond to and resolve customer queries

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call

  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

  • Impact the company‚Äôs bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customer

  • Collaborate with clients and maintain relationship
