The Licensed Sales Professional opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Company, but employment as a staff with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Call prospective customers via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame.
- Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to both cross sell and up-sell our products.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Candidate MUST have their Property and Casualty license prior to start date, have prior sales experience, and pass a background check.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be proficiency at multi-tasking, follow-up, and follow-thru.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
