With a potential of earning up to $55,000, our Allstate Sales Representatives find their positions to be lucrative and rewarding.

We offer a BASE of $2500.00 a month with COMMISSION and a built-in BONUS structure!

Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Call prospective customers via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame.
  • Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to both cross sell and up-sell our products.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.


Requirements

We are currently seeking individuals with active Property and Casualty License. If you do not currently have an active license... our HR Team will provide a details on how to get started.

  • NO work experience necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with time management and decision making skills.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to be persuasive, persistent and confident in completing a sale.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
