We are now accepting resumes for Sales Agents for our agency in Greenville, SC.
This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses. Agents earn around $35-45,000 per year on average. However, our top Agents earn $50,000+. The more you sale, the more you make. Your earning potential is up to your ability and drive to succeed.
You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.
The Redden Agency's number one goal has always been to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an EXTRAORDINARY experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.
As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policies with appropriate coverages to protect them and their family if something were to happen. In other words, you will become a trusted advisor.
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
Here is the ideal candidate... Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who 'never meets a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others. And, they must be able to close deals.

- Handle service work as necessary. Although we are a specialized office, occasional service work will be necessary.

- Complete ongoing training as assigned.
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be willing and able to obtain a SC Property & Casualty License
