Our Allstate Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our award winning sales team. As a marketing and sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, Health & Home insurance business. We are a fast paced Allstate Agency in the New Orleans area and need a goal orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- A track record of success in consultative, solutions-oriented sales OR experience in the insurance industry. 1-2 years sales experience is required.
- The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals and closing deals
- The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
