Job Description
Salary: $79,754 - $122,635


The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects, both for the Company and for clients, to ensure projects are completed within the constraints of scope, quality, schedule and budget and adhere to the standards of the PMO. 

  1. Work Environment: Typically all work will be performed from a home office. Depending on the client and the situation on-site work at a client site may be required. The Employee is expected to have  their own transportation means.
  2. Work Hours: Standard work hours are from  8am to 6pm. The employee is expected to work the amount of time required to finish their assigned workload.
  3. Travel Expectation: Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
  4. Physical Demands: The employee is occasionally required to kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  5. Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Management or other related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).
  3. Two plus years direct work experience in project management capacity.
  4. Must have high ethical standards and impeccable integrity.
  5. Excellent communication and analytical abilities inclusive of written, verbal and listening.
  6. Sound organizational, analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills, with proven abilities in problem-solving and multitasking.
  7. Strong collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to create and foster a collaborative work environment, with proven ability to drive high performance teams.
  8. Competent leading and managing remote teams.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office and Windows operating system.

Preferred Competencies

  1. Experience with Connectwise Manage and other Connectwise products.
  2. Experience with Google Workspace environment.
  3. Experience in the use of various tools to aid project management.
  4. A background in technology.

Essential Functions

  1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
  2. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  3. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  4. Develop full scale project plans.
  5. Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  6. Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  7. Plan and schedule project timelines.
  8. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  9. Provide direction and support to the project team.
  10. Quality assurance.
  11. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  12. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  13. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  14. Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Additional Functions

  1. Maintain Company Records.
  2. Arrange travel plans for Company Resources.
  3. Optimize department processes.
