Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an experienced inside Sales Pro to join our team! You will confirm appointments, follow up on sales calls, and offer add-on solutions to drive company revenue. No cold calling, small base + commission, leads are provided.

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Set appointments for sales reps in the home (from leads)
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon targets by the deadline
- Set follow-up appointments
- Create sales letters and offers to present to customers
- Attend weekly sales meeting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and general office software
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong and confident phone presence
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Money motivated
- IF working from home need an office / quiet space (no background noise)
