AllPro has for an immediate opening for professional Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at our ______, _______ office.
The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting candidates, as well as scheduling clients and services. We are looking for a high energy, quick learner who is both computer savvy and a self-starter. Talent Acquisition Coordinators assist and support various national locations with the recruiting, interview, and hiring process for experienced and compassionate caregivers to work with our clients.

- FT Hours: Mon. – Fri. 8am – 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acceptance of new referrals and accurate data entry of client demographics, service authorization and service needs into designated scheduling software.
- Responsible for daily staffing and scheduling caregivers to maximize client authorized hours of service.
- Recruit, interview and completes onboarding process of new caregivers to meet the staffing needs for assigned caseload.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School or GED equivalent required
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to work independently and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong computer skills required, including but not limited to the ability to multitask with various computer programs/software, MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
