Maintain the Drivers daily schedules
Clear and concise communications with managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised of the company schedule and requested lead-times.
Provide accounting with billing information.
*Work four 12 hour shifts*
Advanced customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task
Geographical knowledge of Tulsa or map reading skills
Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
Take incoming customer calls.
Schedule and coordinate all calls
Dispatch Service Technicians, one call at a time.
Maintain the dispatch board.
Forecast workload for 2 – 3 days out
Maintain on call schedule
Other duties as assigned
