12m contract, temp to hire
**Work from home but must be local to New Orleans, LA / Jackson, MS/ The Woodlands, TX incase it is needed to come to the office at some point. **
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Supply Chain Experience preferred but not required.
TOP 5 MUST HAVE SKILLS: Asset Suite, Accrual’s experience, update of legal templates, support internal audit activity and required actions, contract and policy compliance and vendor management.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
MyLearning administration/support experience also helpful. Experience handling SNOW tickets could also be a benefit
Compliance:
o Policy Tasks- Management, Review, Enforcement
o Update of Legal Templates (ongoing activity)
o Support / prepare the recurring Supply Chain Certification Process
o Publish Compliance Reports, recommend improvements/automation opportunities
o Contract Compliance, Legal support, & Rate Case Support
o Support Annual Records Management
• Process & Procedures
o Map Level 1 Processes with Max Gen team (lever existing work where possible)
o Refresh existing documentation, links
o Cleanup -Eliminate bad/incorrect legacy info
• Training (internal support to SC Towers):
o Supply Chain 101/201
o Policy
o Creating Contracts
o Systems
• Asset Suite/AIMM Enhancement
o Support maintenance & compliance
o MaxGen Progression, compliance mapping of systems to procedures & policies
• Audit
o Support Internal audit activity & required actions – reports, data gathering, analysis
o SERC Audit support, reporting, data gathering
• Audit
o Support Internal audit activity & required actions – reports, data gathering, analysis
o SERC Audit support, reporting, data gathering
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Procurement /Purchasing with 1-2 years exp, Associates Degree Business Administration or Procurement /Purchasing or Certification in CPM or CPSM.
