Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing information and resolving customer issues over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries 
  • Provide information about the services we provide
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on telephone interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a call center or property management a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
