PAY: $16.50/hour base pay + UNCAPPED COMMISSION+ $500 Hiring Bonus!

• Top Agents earn $25/hour!
• Top Performers average $1500/month in commission and are making over $50k/year (base + commission)!!

• Average Agents earn $300/month in commission ($18.23/hour)

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:

• Work with your Friends!
• Employees are eligible for $500-$1,000 for every referral candidate who gets hired!

HOURS:

Must be able to work five 8 hour shifts, 40 hours/week within the following hours of operation (management will assign your schedule):

• Monday- Friday 10 AM- 7 PM OR 11 AM- 8 PM

Description: As a Sales Agent, you will be handling incoming calls from customers who are interested in new offers for home products and services such as cable, internet, phone and security.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months sales experience preferred
• High School Education or equivalent preferred
• Goal oriented, reliable, assertive, passionate and resilient
• Self-motivated and career growth oriented
• Energetic, confident speaker with excellent communication skills
• Friendly, go-getter, persuasive salesperson
• Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Willing to learn and grow professionally
