Snow Removal Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build strong relationship with clients by site visits, personal communication.
· Introduce company services to clients for additional opportunity.
· Resolve client issues in a timely manner.
· Maintain constant communication with clients and service providers throughout emergency situations.
· Confirm accuracy of client and service provider invoicing.
· Confirm with open communication all information with Service Providers.
· Assist with Procurement to Procure sites for clients as needed.
· Develop and maintain long term relationships with service providers.
· Communicate high priority issues to the Operations Manager in a timely manner.
· Follow established processes.
· Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures, schedule and job assignments.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Sales and/or account management in snow removal preferred but not required.
- Experience with project management, commercial property/facilities management preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal/written communications skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem solve especially in emergency situations.
- Ability to make rational decisions in emergency situations.
- Time management/organizational skills in fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
- Excellent follow-through skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented
· Excellent phone etiquette is essential.
· Proficient in the MS Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Work Environment:
Position requires outside communication with onsite visits with clients and service providers.
Office setting.
