Alliance Home Health Services; one of the leading home healthcare providers in the Indianapolis area is seeking a dedicated individual to join the team. Entry Level Administrative Assistant to provide support in the Human Resource Department and other areas. Helps with the implementation of services, policies and programs; reports to the HR Director and assists company managers with HR issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with recruitment and interview process
· Responsible for the entering and tracking employee information in HRIS
· Daily responsibilities as a receptionist, create monthly newsletter
· Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
· Work with ATS, perform criminal backgrounds checks and verify employment
· Plan and schedule events as needed
· Work with Scheduling department
· Other administrative duties as needed
Ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment, ability to prioritize, multi-task and be proactive yet maintain confidentiality at all times.
Have above average attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Google docs).
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
Hours Monday –Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
High School Graduate-Required
Health care experience preferred
