Alliance Bus Group is currently looking for a dynamic sales person who has the ability to develop relationships and has the persistence to make high volume calls to potential clients (often face to face).
Job Summary: The Sales Executive position is considered an experienced sales representative.This position should have a strong command of all aspects of the sales process; products, pricing, making GP and have knowledge of Motility CRM or another CRM. They will aggressively pursue all potential business and strive to obtain clients for profit of the business.
Salary: Base - $40-$50k plus commission for potential increase of salary to 6 digits
The right candidate must have B2B sales experience and have an amazing ability to build and maintain relationships. Previous experience in outside sales required. This candidate will be energetic, charismatic and self-motivated. Some travel will be required. Candidate will be required to meet sales goals and have the initiative to study and learn the product. - Aggressively cold call on new and existing leads.
- Some college preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and closing abilities with excellent customer service skills.
- Proven track record of obtaining sales goals.
- Positive attitude, able to willingly accept rejection and celebrate success. (No means not now)
- Computer literate and proficient in processing sales contracts and orders through a CRM system.
- Understand basic automotive concepts.
- Good driving record and possession of a CDL drivers license or the ability to obtain one required.
