- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Accept lens deliveries
- Accept order requests
- Perform all other office tasks

- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Experience in the optical industry preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment
