Job Description

This is not an IT/Software/Help Desk Technical Support Position.

We make mechanical products, so while we would love to hear from interested software support professionals, please make sure you have the mechanical aptitude/experience we are seeking to best serve our customers.

 

ADSI is a technology leader in the manufacturing and sales of digital pressure sensitive label systems, commercial template cutters, industrial plotters, and scientific recording devices.

We are looking for an experienced, skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset as our new Product Support Manager. As an extremely important part of our team, you will need to have the ability to timely troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal and external stakeholders, hire and train a small staff and help ADSI prepare for its continuing fast growth. As a professional on the customer front lines, you will also directly participate in our continuous improvement processes to help ensure we are making the highest quality products. We will provide you with all the needed training and tools, including direct exposure to our R&D team, manufacturing personnel and every other aspect of our products. Everything we do from design, development and manufacturing is done right here at our Salem, NH location.

You will need excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to lead a small team in a fun and results-driven culture, have a technical aptitude and a desire to solve challenging problems for our customers with energy and a positive attitude. We function as a team, with customer satisfaction as the main deliverable. Previous CRM experience with FreshDesk and Bilingual applicants (Spanish) are a plus.

We would prefer candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience with mechanical product support experience putting you at the top of the list.
