As a Retail Salesperson with Allegiant Business Solutions you will be responsible for achieving weekly sales quotas through the acquisition of new accounts on some of our hottest retail campaigns. This position requires an outgoing personality to engage with customers, secure brand loyalty, and drive sales. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required; paid training is provided.
About the job:
- Work effectively with store management and store crews
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
- Promote a fast, fun, and friendly company culture
- Present service/product lineup to qualified customers
- Consult customers about interests and product needs
- Make product/service recommendations based on need
- Manage new sales transactions and changes/upgrades to existing accounts
- Respond and troubleshoot customer inquiries
Compensation: Allegiant Business Solutions offers hourly $$$ pay (+ paid training) with uncapped commissions and other perks.
