Opportunity – Allegheny Inspections is looking for a new team member! Although this is an independent contractor position, with the Commercial Insurance Inspector working remotely to schedule site visits and conduct property inspections, we are very much a team. We have the training tools, field technology, and what most of our inspectors believe to be the best corporate support staff to help make your job easy and rewarding.
How This Works – We’re a company committed to quality, so we invest heavily in providing our Commercial Insurance Inspectors all of the training and coaching necessary to make us mutually successful! We start by providing training resources, one-on-one coaching with your field manager and quality assurance representative, and a few inspections to show you our reports and requirements.Inspection requests are received electronically; we set the coverage area and you set the volume. We’re here to help make this job as efficient as possible – because that’s how you make the most money! There will be a hard 15 day deadline to schedule a visit, conduct the commercial property inspection, and submit a quality report that focuses on the size and occupancy of the property, building materials and safety measures, and hazards as well as suggested improvements to the area inspected.
Why This Works –Payments are issued twice per month and we pride ourselves on being fair.
Fair means there will be a pay penalty for late inspections, but it also means that cases will be monitored and deadlines extended when contact, scheduling, or access issues occur. Fair also means that there are opportunities to grow (aka – Make More Money!). Just talk with any of our veteran inspectors – even new inspectors who have taken the resources we provide, the help we offer, and the volume we have available – and you will find that the opportunities are everywhere! So why does this work? Because we’re constantly bettering ourselves, our contractors, our inspection reports, our resources, and our communication. Our clients receive the highest quality inspections with the best customer service. Our inspectors are a huge part of that! So we give you our best and we ask that you do the same.
Who This Works For – We are looking for anyone who is self-motivated, has excellent time management and communication skills, will utilize available resources and efficiently work with online platforms, and who is ready to join a team of people committed to each other’s success. Commercial property inspection experience is a big plus as well as any construction, real estate, and survey experience.
