Maintenance Supervisor – Commercial High Rise Buildings - Base Salary to 100k/year – Los Angeles, CA
- Our client is a commercial property management firm that works with a commercial building owner in Downtown Los Angeles that is looking to bring on board a Maintenance Supervisor to work with their team and eventually step into the main manager position. The person must have commercial high rise experience and must be able to speak Spanish as well. The position will have a base salary between $90-100k DOE plus benefits. More details are listed below.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and work closely with team in execution of maintenance and repair needs of for existing and new customers at the high rise portfolio
- Supervise our team of maintenance technicians
- Ability to understand execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc.
- Strong understanding of boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of building and facility maintenance or construction management
- 10+ years in a maintenance position with an emphasis in high rise commercial buildings
- Ability to speak Spanish required
- Hands on HVAC and mechanical experience a large plus
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 90k – 100k/year range
