Branch Manager - Building Products Organization - Base $120K + Bonus - Potential of $200k+

Our Client is a specialty building products company with locations in multiple Northwest states is looking to bring on a Branch Manager for their location in the Greater Seattle area.  The company needs a well experienced manager from the industry that has some sales and operations experience.  The position will have a base of $100-120k with a strong ability to earn $200k through bonus and facility production.

Responsibilities: 

The Branch Manager runs all operations of the branch from sales to operations to logistics and works with employees in finding success for the company.  Profit and Loss responsibility for the branch will rest on the BM.  Consistent dealings on the sales side of the business, mostly with house accounts and larger entities.  Daily/weekly interaction with the Sales team in bringing in new business.

  • Talent acquisition, development and retention of associates, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Profit and Loss and inventory/accounts receivable for this territory
  • Safeguard company assets and associates. Provide operational oversight and excellent inventory management procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial and operational support demands. Effectively utilize training programs to develop sales and operations expertise.
  • Initiate and build customer relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Monitor local market trends. Develop and execute strategies to grow local market share and aggressively pursue business opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient operations to policies and procedures and process excellence.

Qualifications:

Need a candidate with strong building products experience.  At least 5 years of experience in management and experience needed on the sales side of the business as well.
