Inside Sales Support / Sales Coordinator - Growing Construction Equipment Company- Base Salary to $50k + Bonus, Benefits

Our client is a family owned, well established, equipment dealer specializing in construction equipment. They have been in business for over 100 years and have multiple locations throughout Pennsylvania. They sell, rent and service all types of machines and attachments for the construction and forestry industry. They are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator for one of the divisions, this person would be working out of their Sellersville, PA branch location. This is an outstanding growth-based opportunity, as this position is open due to a recent internal promotion.

In this role, the Sales Coordinator will work to service customers with their equipment rental needs by coordinating with the rental division. The goal of this role will be to ultimately drive additional rental revenue by working with the sales team and management, as well as directly with the customer base. Duties in the role will include:

  • working with vendors to establish pricing and teams
  • helping to expedite delivery of products
  • coordinating repairs and service work
  • answering incoming calls and quoting sales
  • monitoring inventory
  • handling billing and other administrative functions.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the business, be trained and developed as a professional in the organization and grow and develop from there within the company. The hours are Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm.

Compensation in this role includes a base salary in the $40k-$50k range, plus a commission/bonus package that could add another $10k in annual earnings. The company also offers an excellent benefits package include health, 401k, supplemental benefits, PTO, holiday pay and more.

Requirements for the role include at least 1 year of inside sales support / customer service experience. Company is also willing to train a candidate that has a desire to learn and grow with the company. A college degree is not required.
